I don't have too much to say today. Last night I dreamed I was back in high school in band learning and failing to get the marching and playing right. It was an interesting time at school. I meshed two separate parts of my past together. I meshed people from high school with college performance.
I guess I'm back to living in the past?
I've been worrying a lot about my dad. His sister my aunt has alzimers (sp that wrong) and lately I've notice he's forgetting stuff and doing things strangely. It's worrying me a great deal. I have no control over this. And no control makes me frantic in a way. But I'm trying to stay steady and rely on God to take the worry from me. That's all I got right now.

Feeling out of control is the worst. May you treasure each day you still have with your dad. Focus on today and let God take care of tomorrow. My prayers are with you.
@TeamBranham - thank you. That's very kind of you.
Dreams are strange. I'm still trying to figure out the squirrel in the bed with me dream rofl I woke up beating the pillow.
I don't worry to much about control anymore. Seems I'm never really in control even when I think I am.
Interesting nostalgic dreaming. Now I'm curious... you don't have any pictures of you in your highschool years that I've seen yet. :-p
It is unsettling to see our parents start behaving differently. My dad really changed over the last 2-3 years and just got grumpy and very forgetful and distracted. He finally went to a doctor and was diagnosed with diabetes. He's got it under control now and is back to the dad I grew up with. Is there any plans for your dad to get any medical evaluations? Forgetfulness can be a symptom of many things- not necessarily Alzheimer related.
@Pepin909 - he's very anti doctor and health. The only thing he's really stuck with is his heart health and that is because of his brother dying at 50 of a major heart attack. So he kept close tabs with that. But he and my mom both seem to be very anti medical profession. He'll make statements like "you don't really believe that do you" etc. it's enough to drive you batty at times.
@LegendaryD - I have very few pictures worth sharing Darrell.
@C_L_O_G - I understand that. Such energy had to come from the squirrel dream. I'm jelous!
